Harassment and Discrimination Reporting

Ambition Pictures and Second Draft Productions are committed to creating and maintaining a respectful workplace, free of any discrimination or harassment. Examples include:

  • Inappropriate workplace behavior
  • Discrimination
  • Workplace intimidation
  • Sexual assault
  • Sexual Harassment

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin. Anyone who is subjected to or aware of what they believe to be any type of discrimination or harassment should report the behavior to the designated individual who is responsible for receiving reports of discrimination, harassment, or sexual assault. All complaints will be investigated, even if the person reporting the allegations is not requesting or wanting an investigation.

Retaliation is completely unacceptable. If an allegation of retaliation occurs, another investigation will proceed and if retaliation is found, appropriate action will be taken. Company officers, managers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or other employees who retaliate again others may be subject to termination of their working or volunteer relationship with the company.
